MoU with QQ

慧嘉房 (WK Room) has made a memorandum with Admin OKITO and the agencies of QQ with the following:

• I, OKAHO LIM, owner of Wei Kah Room, agree with the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the office of the agencies of QQ’s Reference No. QQ/2025/030, and will corporate with QQ Care Centre to resolve all issues.

• I (OKAHO LIM) will have the FULL authority on how I will place any of my furniture and how I would customize my facilities and infrastructure (including the color of my wall and any other placements of LED signs or posters) – as long as it does NOT interrupt Wei Kah Room physically.

• I will have FULL authority of personal privacy; however, spot checks will be conducted if I have any suspicious activities.

• All members of QQ have the partial rights to enter my room, but subject to my permission (the policy of “knock before enter”). This includes the reasons of doing community service (like taking laundry basket) and hanging out in my room.

• Outsiders (non-members of QQ) do NOT have the rights to enter my room unless permission is given by me. Outsiders that entered my room without permission may be BANNED from even entering the house of QQ Care Centre in the future.

• I will have the responsibility to tidy up my room, which includes but not limited to making my own bed every morning, ensure no dusts or hair at all times and no used clothes on the floor, as long as it does not damage the reputation of my room.

• I will allow members of QQ to use the toilet located between my room and Wei Kah Room. If any member of QQ makes the toilet dirty, I will have the full rights to report them.

• I will NOT disturb Wei Kei Room at night except exam seasons, the same goes with Wei Kei Room to me.

• There will be a container for my folded clothes. I MUST collect and arrange those clothes in my cupboard within 24 hours since the delivery of your folded clothes.

• Any other rules that apply will be implemented through policies and the Sovereign RULES OF QQ.
